ORDERS

Can I cancel my order once I've placed them? 
Orders may be cancelled only if your package has not been shipped out yet. A written request for cancellation must be sent to yogaloveph@gmail.com within 24 hours from placing your online order to ensure proper facilitation.


How do I pay for my order? 
You may pay for your YogaLove products through the following:

  • via GCash: Pay using GCash by logging into your account, select "Send Money" and select "Send via QR". Scan our QR Code below in order to pay for your order.
  • via Bank Deposit to our BDO account: Pay using bank deposit by sending your payments to:

    • Bank: BDO UNIBANK, INC

    • Account Name: YLove Wins Inc

    • Account Number: 0077-9800-5465

  • via Credit card or Debit card: Coming soon

Payments and deposit slips should be sent within 48H after the order has been placed. Otherwise, unconfirmed payments are cancelled.  Our platform is still new and we are working on making other payment options available for you.

SHIPPING

What is a typical shipping time? 
Shipping to delivery addresses within Metro Manila takes about 1 to 3 days from payment confirmation

Do you ship Internationally? 
Not at this moment

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 
1-3 working days upon payment confirmation
  

REFUND

Can I return or refund my items?
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Although a rare occurrence, only products received with damage will be considered for return as long as they are within 7 days after the package has been received. 

Products to be returned must be unused and intact in its original condition from purchase. If the product came in a set, it must be returned as such. You may return the items to (insert address of YL) and shipping is care of customer. 

Products bought at a promo rate are non-refundable and non-returnable.
