Can I cancel my order once I've placed them?
Orders may be cancelled only if your package has not been shipped out. You may check the status of your order through yogaloveph@gmail.com Please send a written request for cancellation to yogaloveph@gmail.com within 24 hours from placing your online order to ensure proper facilitation.
How do I pay for my order?
You may pay for your YogaLove products through the following: via GCash:

2. Select "Send Money"
3. Select "Send via QR"

SHIPPING
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It usually takes 1-3 business days upon payment confirmation for orders within Metro Manila, and 5-7 business days outside of Manila. We work closely with our partners to ensure your items can get to you as quickly as possible.
Do you ship Internationally?
Not at the moment, but it's something we aim to do, so watch out!
REFUND
Can I return or refund my items?
Products bought at promo rates are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final except for when you receive a defective or damaged item. Although defects are rare, please note we only allow returns of products with defects and damages within 7 days of receipt. Products to be returned must be unused and intact in its original condition from purchase. If the product came in a set, kindly return as such. You may return the items to yogaloveph@gmail.com.
